| 11.45-12.45h | Panel discussion by business school Admissions Officers |
| 12.45-13.30h | Lunch (informal mixing between candidates, admissions, alums, US Consul and the Fulbright to allow for personalised Q&A and specific questions) |
| 13.30-15.30h | 3 break out groups (35 min each) Admissions officers prepare short introduction (covering e.g. key differentiating factors, cultural differences, etc.), followed by Q&A (Candidates should indicate their school preference in the registration tool) |
| 15.30-17.00h | Dutch 'Borrel' (informal mixing between candidates, admissions, alums, US Consul and Fulbright to allow for personalised Q&A and specific questions) |
